Returns

We accept returns within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase. Send us an email to okobuho@gmail.com within a maximum period of 5 business days from the date of receipt of the order, indicating your information and order number. To accept the return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. If it has been 15 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Important: if when you receive your order you notice any damage to the package, you must tell the carrier to note the anomaly when signing for the delivery, otherwise, Buhoko will not be responsible if the merchandise is damaged or missing any parts. Never throw away the packaging or boxes to make a claim.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and review it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days.

Outlet Items
Items labeled as outlet are not eligible for return or refund. Those labeled as sales, yes.

Changes

If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please email us at okobuho@gmail.com to coordinate the exchange process.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you must send it to: okobuho@gmail.com. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at okobuho@gmail.com to arrange the return and refund or replacement of the product.
